As a designer I approach a project
from a conceptual perspective and
build a structural boundry that
will shape what palette, materials,
and detailing will be involved. I then
build components to arrange,
re-arrange and edit down to a
cohesive grouping or collection
of design. I work on both fashion
and visual communications
projects.

I view my art practice as an
exploration of my surroundings
through collaboration with
the body and different modes of
working and materials. I pursue
conceptual ideas and tactile
manipulation of material to satisfy
my own urgency to create.

There is a powerful transformation
when the body meets its covering.
The way we look changes the way
we feel and there is such great
power in feeling.
